I have my rights to decline your commission if I'm unable to work on it.

No refunds. please only commission me when you are stable (I only do refunds if I cannot complete your commission).

No rush please, It will take me a week or so to finish the commission. Discuss with me if you need your commission to be finished for a certain time.

I'm not accepting NSFW/18+ requests such as nudity, sexualized pose/expression, etc. (blood/gore is ok) Feel free to ask me if you have any questions before ordering.

By commissioning me, you have accepted my Terms of Service and are obligated to follow them, as well as promising you won't request any Paypal chargeback.

Do not claim, redistributed, resell, modify/edit, or use my works without my permission.

I have my right to use commission artwork for my portfolio, let me know if you want your commission to be private (not uploaded anywhere).

As a commissioner, you are allowed to use the artwork for your personal use such as; wallpaper, pfp, post on SNS, print, or something else that is non-profitable purposes.

You are allowed to use my artwork for profitable purposes if you pay for commercial use. Any other uses must be further discussed.

Using my artwork as NFT is not allowed and it is strictly prohibited to use any artwork that you've commissioned from me for AI learning, meaning you cannot upload my artwork on AI art generating programs or sites or anything of that sorts.

I will send you a simple form to fill out about the commission.

The finished art will send through google drive/email.
