general Rules
Full payment after sketch, via PAYPAL (you will be sent an invoice)
No refunds. please only commission me when you are stable (I only do refunds if I cannot complete your commission)
Price for commercial use is x2 of the total price
I working on 3000-5000 px canvas with 350 dpi (customable)
No rush please, It will take me a week or so to finish the commission. Discuss with me if you need your commission to be finished for a certain time
I have my rights to decline your commission if I'm unable for some reason

I will send you a simple form to fill out about the character for the commission
The finished art will send through google drive/email
You will receive a digital file (no physical items will be delivered)
Transparent BG/png version of your character will only be given if you request for it

Do not claim, redistributed or resell my artwork.
I have my right to use commission artwork for my portfolio, let me know if you want your commission to be private (not uploaded anywhere)
As a commissioner, you are allowed to use the artwork for your personal use such as; wallpaper, pfp, post on SNS, print, or something else that is non-profitable purposes. You are allowed to use my art for profitable purposes if you pay for commercial use. Any other uses must be further discussed.
Using my artwork as NFT is not allowed
It is strictly prohibited to use any artwork that you've commissioned from me for AI learning, meaning you cannot upload my artwork on AI art generating programs or sites or anything of that sorts

ABOUT MOOSHIKI / ROOM 404
Hi I'm Mooshiki or you can call me Room 404 (my code name). I'm an artist who really loves blue! I also really love black cats!
If you gonna credit me when you use or share my artwork I prefer to be credited as Mooshiki (however you can always call me Room 404 when you talk to me)
I may be slow at drawing sometimes due to my health problems, however I'll always try my best to finish an artwork.
I am 23 years old artist and have been involved in the art world since 2011 but started digital art in 2018 and have been accepting commissions since 2020.
As an illustrator, I also have an artist persona or you can describe it as virtual character of me (hopefully I can become Vtuber in the future)
